Revised Funding Proposal Request Form

 Dear Applicant,

    Thank you for your interest in applying for funds available through the eastern Pennsylvania Conference for local church Urban Ministry projects. In this packet you will find everything you need to apply. Please follow the instructions exactly as presented and if you have any questions or need any help in completing the application, please call the office at 215-878-8054

    Congregations and cooperative ministries located in the major urban areas in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference are eligible to apply. Applicants must be able to demonstrate endorsement and ownership of the project by the local congregation/cooperative and the community. Also note that the program funds allocated to Urban Ministries are limited, and can be used best to leverage additional resources of funding.

   This application packet is for  use in applying for Urban Ministry Funding. All proposals must be typed and should not be longer than three pages (cover sheet, contact sheet, budget sheet). The deadlines for receiving your application WITH DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATION are Spring: May 15 and Winter: November 15.
